Our story

How we got here.

Six years ago, Leandro moved to Ireland to learn English.

He didn’t know anyone. He didn’t have much money. And he didn’t know how to paint.

He took the first job he could find: painting houses. His boss only cared about one thing: finishing and getting paid. Rushed work. Low-quality materials. No care for the client’s home. And no steady work.

Leandro hated it.

Then he joined a different company. And everything changed.

That team taught him that process and care make all the difference. Not just in the result, but in the whole experience. They moved furniture properly. Cleaned up every day. Kept clients informed. Respected every home they worked in.

The clients noticed. They came back. They sent their friends. And that company always had months of work booked ahead.

Leandro realized something nobody talks about in this industry: most painters are just trying to finish and get paid. Nobody is taking care of the home.

So he built BR Painting around that gap.
